1 ) All Goods are delivered as fast as possible. In return, we kindly ask you to pay for them in the same manner.

2 ) You choose your payment method: via bank (payment slip - you pay a fee) OR by using PayPal (we pay your fee!) whenever possible.

3 ) We will not take back compact-discs in exchange for money if you return them to us without prior consent.

3a)...however - if there is or are GOOD reasons that make the product(s) eligible for return we will of course negotiate.

4 ) Please contact us via email, fax or phone prior to return any product(s)!

5 ) "Best effort" on our side means: Suitable package, standard postage fees (Switzerland: "A-Post" - if timely delivery achieved; otherwise or non-"Maxiletter": "B") OR express delivery (only upon special request - please use the comment-box or send an extra email to ensure extra fast delivery!)

6 ) Orders from North- and South-America / Australia and so on: Please be aware - those destinations are not exacly around the corner - it might take up to 4 weeks for the goods to reach you! On the other hand, we've seen deliveries travelling to Paraguay in just 4 days as well... so let yourself be surprised - OR have us send it extra-fast!
